Return & Refund Policy
Products can be exchanged/ replaced only. Request for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. Your request should be sent to email@example.com
Any product that has been used does not qualify for exchange. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. For Designer Brand Name products you should return all documents that came with it.
Lost by Post Office
If your package was lost by Post Office there is nothing we can do. You will be offered two choices, we can make a refund or we can send you a replacement package.
Damaged returns and/or items received in error may be returned for exchange. Just notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you received damaged item.
We can replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the item doesn't fit. You will send product back to us and once your package is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Then we will send you a replacement.
You will be offered a refund in the event of missing product, incorrectly sent product or if a product that you would like to exchange is out of stock. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, just let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
If you return an item for the reason other than our error you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
